Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyvio platform operated by Zyvio LLC ("Zyvio," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Oklahoma. By using Zyvio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta Service

Zyvio is currently in closed beta. Access is invitation-only and granted at our sole discretion. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or authorized representative thereof) to use Zyvio. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getzyvio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zyvio for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm others
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

5. Client Data

You may input client information into Zyvio as part of organizing home showings. You represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from your clients to use their information within the platform. You are solely responsible for how you collect and use client data in connection with your real estate practice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software comprising the Zyvio platform is owned by Zyvio LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zyvio is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. As a beta product, you should expect bugs and interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Zyvio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@getzyvio.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
