- Agent accounts: name, email address, brokerage/company, phone number, and profile details you choose to add.
- Beta requests: name, email address, and phone number submitted through our waitlist form.
- Client itinerary data: property addresses, notes, and ratings submitted by clients during a home tour.
We also collect basic usage data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and rate-limiting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Zyvio platform
- To send transactional emails (account creation, tour completion notifications)

- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- Railway — our hosting and infrastructure provider

Agents using Zyvio may input client information (names, property preferences, notes) into the platform. Agents are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their clients before using Zyvio in connection with client showings.

6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and rate limiting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
